We rely on sales of our Souvenir Workbook as a sole source of income. The production cost, when added to our flight costs, means that every school visit represents a considerable investment on our part.
We have tried all ways of marketing our workbooks including proof copies on display, sales at open evenings, fetes etc. or simply making them available from the school office. Consistently, 'sale or return' has proven successful.
We therefore ask that you agree to send home to parents, on 'sale or return', one copy of our souvenir workbook for each child who was present on the day. We also ask that proper records of their sales be kept on forms provided by us.

TO YOUR SCHOOL
Many schools have a long standing relationship with their normal photographer. Please ensure that our visit does not present a conflict of interest between us and them.
We are concerned when class group photographs are offered at the same time as our visit. Parents will not buy both products with the result that we both lose business.
In our view, it is not unreasonable (especially where the photographer has the benefit of your business year upon year) to ask him to forego the class group photographs for this one special occasion.
If you are unable to agree to this, then please consider booking us at least six months away from any other school photography activity
